This was thought provoking! Any speculation on where the next superstars might arise? You mentioned the sunbelt, but are there specific cities within that region that you have your eye on? Do you have any candidate cities outside of that region?
Great Lakes region:
Nuclear & hydro power
Mild summers
Abundant groundwater
Low cost of living and housing
Great minimum wage (in some locations like NY state)
Proximity to Chicago, NYC, and Toronto
